About this dataset
Hourly visitor counts per branch from door counters and the queue management system, with ticket counts by service type (teller, customer service, financing, priority) and average waiting time. Aggregated with no customer identifiers. Used for branch staffing, opening-hour reviews and network planning.
Usage rights
Open to all staff for branch operations and planning. Aggregated counts only. Counter data from branches under refurbishment is flagged and should be excluded from trend analysis.
Lineage
Door counter and queue management exports are collected nightly from branches, normalised to hourly buckets and joined to the branch reference table. Dataplex flags counters that report zero during opening hours.
