About this dataset

Every sales lead raised since January 2023 across branches, relationship managers, the contact centre, digital forms and campaign responses, with its full activity trail (assignment, calls, meetings, follow-ups) and outcome: converted, lost or expired. The training base for the lead priority scorer and the source of truth for lead-to-sale conversion reporting in optimised lead tracking.

Usage rights

Consumer Banking sales management and Group Data & AI for lead scoring, routing and sales performance analytics. Customer-level data under banking secrecy (FSA 2013) and PDPA 2010. Stays in-region in Google Cloud Malaysia; export outside the region, re-identification attempts and joins to raw identifiers are prohibited. Direct identifiers are tokenised at ingestion; the token vault is held by Group Data & AI and is not exposed to consumers. Individual RM performance may be reported only to the RM's line management.

Lineage

Extracted daily from the CRM lead and activity objects, joined to the customer key via the tokenisation service, and landed in silver. Outcome labels are derived by matching leads to product openings in core banking within 90 days. Dataplex checks lead status transitions, orphan activities and outcome-label coverage.
