Approved vendors
Approved vendors appear as their own divisions. Their assets are licensed to the Bank under outsourcing and third-party risk controls, and the licence cost is included in the chargeback rate.
What ownership means
- The owning department answers questions about the asset and approves access to Confidential assets.
- The owning division can always call its own assets, without an entitlement request.
- Chargeback flows from the consuming cost centre to the owning one.
