Your role on the platform
You run the marketplace and the use-case pipeline as a product: what gets built next, whether assets are being reused, and whether staff find what they need. You do not approve models; you make sure the right ones reach the people who can use them.
What you can do
- Catalogue curation, collections and taxonomy
- Business unit and publisher onboarding
- Use-case intake, prioritisation and value tracking
- Content quality and feedback handling
Your first week
- 1Day 1: review the Use-case pipeline. Check each idea has a sponsoring business unit and a sized value.
- 2Day 2: read Insights and the Adoption board to see which assets are reused across divisions and which are not.
- 3Day 3: read feedback and wishlists, and reply to the lowest-rated asset's owners.
- 4Day 4: look at the Operating model overview and the Workflow studio: the platform's own processes are designed there.
- 5Day 5: check the support tickets routed to you (asset quality, billing, feature requests).
