Your role on the platform
You are the second line. Model Risk Management validates models independently before use, sets the monitoring thresholds, and decides on material access requests. Governance agents prepare your cases; the decision and the signature stay with you.
What you can do
- Model risk tiering, validation and approval
- Responsible AI, fairness and explainability assessment
- Approvals, suspension and periodic revalidation
- Audit evidence for internal audit and BNM
Your first week
- 1Day 1: open the Work queue and read one prepared validation case end to end, including the agent's evidence pack.
- 2Day 2: read the model risk tiering and validation levels in Policies, and the SME Credit Rating Model's journey as a worked example.
- 3Day 3: open Access monitoring and review entitlements close to expiry.
- 4Day 4: review the Governance agents console: what each agent does, its overturn rate and when it returned to a safe state.
- 5Day 5: review Usage monitoring for unusual access patterns on Strictly Confidential assets.
