From idea to value

1. 1Idea: any business unit raises a use case with the problem and expected impact.
2. 2Matched: the platform checks whether an existing asset already solves it. Many ideas end here, faster and cheaper.
3. 3Sized: the value, cost and data readiness are estimated with the sponsoring business unit.
4. 4Prioritised: the Group AI Steering Committee ranks and funds the pipeline monthly.
5. 5Built and validated: the asset follows the AI lifecycle.
6. 6Live and tracked: realised value is compared with the business case.

Sponsors and co-sponsors

Every use case has one sponsoring business unit that owns the outcome. Other units can co-sponsor it: co-sponsorship is a signal of demand, and it counts in prioritisation.
