Raise and co-sponsor a use case
Put an idea into the use-case pipeline, or back someone else's, so it can be matched, sized and prioritised.

Search first
Search the catalogue and the pipeline before raising anything. If an asset already does the job, request access to it; if someone has raised the same idea, co-sponsor it instead.
Raise a use case
- 1Open the Use-case pipeline and select Raise a use-case idea.
- 2Describe the problem in business terms: who has it, how often, and what it costs today.
- 3Pick the business domain and give the expected impact. A rough number is fine; it is sized with you later.
- 4Submit. Your business unit is the sponsor. The Use-Case Matching Agent checks for existing assets first.
Co-sponsor one
Open the use case and select the co-sponsor count. Your business unit is added as a co-sponsor, which counts when the Group AI Steering Committee prioritises the pipeline.
